How to Drink the Weekend Warrior Cleanse:
Each Day Drink 8oz of juice every hour to hour and half.
1.Drink the Opaque in Color Protein Smoothie 3 times a day. Having a third for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2.Green Drinks before 12 am, in two portions.
3.Red Drinks in the afternoon before 6 pm(like coffee when you feel your blood sugar dipping)
4.Have the tea anytime of day, hot or cold. If it’s too strong for you water it down or add a touch of honey.After you drink the tea refill the glass jar with water and try to drink this as well. Flushing the body with water helps remove the toxins released by the cleanse.
5.Use the green smoothie for snacks or after and before workouts.
