Juice all day and eat a light dinner at night.
Daily Structure:
• 1 qrt alkalize green smoothies
• 1 qrt alkalizing green juices
• 1 qrt liver/kidney cleansing tea
• 1/2 qrt Colon Sweeping Salad(Kale or Cabbage)
• 1/2 qrt Farm to Table Soup
• 1/2 qrt Pro-biotic Kefir Smoothie
How to Drink the 2-day Green Warrior Cleanse:
Drink 8oz of juice every hour to hour and half.
Drink the Green Smoothie 3 times a day. Having a third for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Drink Green Drinks before 2 pm.
Eat Salads at 4 pm, remember to chew slowly and with intention for these salads are ment to broom out the body.
Have half quart soup each night for dinner
Have the tea anytime of day, hot or cold. If it’s too strong for you water it down or add a touch of honey. After you drink the tea refill the glass jar with water and try to drink this as well. Flushing the body with water helps remove the toxins released by the cleanse.
On the morning of the third day drink the 1/2 quart Kefir Smoothie for Breakfast – it is the one that looks like a Smurf. The pro biotic Kefir cheese will re-introduce positive flora back into your digestive system. (In the “Special instructions” box below please let us know if you are vegan.)
