Notes for the Monthly Cleanse Programs:
A 2, 3 and 6 month meal plan cleanse is a long commitment that can really transform your digestion immensely. Every organ in the body will be gently detoxed and nutritionally rebuilt. Many of our clients that have done the 2, 3 and 6 month meal program/cleanse take advantage of our customization. Thus meaning if you want to modify the cleanse so it includes light detox foods to be intermixed with the juices it is totally possible. All monthly cleanses include a brief weekly phone check-in conversation with your Detox Counselor to discus milestones, tough moments and juice/food daily structure changes.
Anyone of the Following Daily Structures is possible on Monthly Longer Cleanse:

How to Drink the Juices or Eat the Meals on a Weekly Cleanse:
Each Day Drink 8oz of juice or 3 oz of food every hour to hour and half.
1.Drink the Opaque in Color Protein Smoothie 3 times a day. Having a third for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2.Green Drinks before 12 am, in two portions.
3.Red Drinks in the afternoon before 6 pm(like coffee when you feel your blood sugar dipping)
4.Have the tea anytime of day, hot or cold. If it’s too strong for you water it down or add a touch of honey.After you drink the tea refill the glass jar with water and try to drink this as well. Flushing the body with water helps remove the toxins released by the cleanse.
5.Split Foods in to small 3oz to 4 oz portioned snacks that keep the blood sugar stable through out the day…rather then having a large meal at night. This edible strategy creates a pattern of regular eating every two hours and conservative portion control. You will basically keeping your stomach small and your blood sugar balanced.
