To celebrate my 44th year around the sun (b-day is October 20th,2019) I’m going to drink and eat superfoods (aka. My 8 health and personal GOALS for my: #44daysuperfoodtransformation

- Reset Post Birth Hormones: Since having my son i have notice that my adrenals are in a state of fatigue and that this coupled with a lack of sleep from Teo years of breast feeding has create sluggishness in my thyroid, kidneys and lowered my libido.
- Loose the Last of the Baby Weight: I have about 10 lbs to go in the middle of course
- Reset my Sleep Patterns: Go to bed by 1030-11 nightly.
- Reset Edible Patterns: Keep blood sugar stable and Body in a regular state of Hydration – which will reguvinate my skin, reduce systemic inflammation and curb sugar cravings.
- Work out gently 3-5 days a week – currently I’m getting in 2 workouts a week. I desire to increase my flexibility, circulation and lessen my muscle aches and pains I often experience because I work 8-12 shift three days a week in the Earthly Juices Kitchen.
- Meditate Daily with the Shinzen App: Bright Mind
- Complete 44 days of Non-violent communication practice through my online course on www.nvctraining.com
