Shana Robinson created Wellness A-to-Z, A Corporate Survivor’s Guide to Health, Wellness and the Pursuit of a More Harmonious Life. She helps high achievers optimize their life, reduce stress, improve their health and calm the F down through the blend of food, yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
She hosts the IGTV series “Micro dose Your Wellness” which is a collection of interviews with innovative and influential people in the Wellness World and those who’ve experienced triumph in using wellness techniques/mindset to provide a usable and actionable microdose of wellness a to z.
Shana understands the fast paced corporate life as she’s worked at Yahoo, eBay, Google, Twitter, Blue Apron and Compass in Human Resources and Operations. Shana holds a B.A. from Santa Clara University, a chef’s training certification from The Natural Gourmet Institute and is a 200 hour RYT.
