Helene is a practicing Folk Healer and a Master Herbalist in the cultural fields of Mexican and Native American Folk Medicine. Experienced in Schulman Therapy, and Restorative Massage Therapy, Helene shares years of wisdom and knowledge from over twenty years of practice in the detoxification arts with food and herbs as medicine. One of her cultural specialties is an ancient massage called, Empacho. This massage therapy is used to unblock the intestines and thereby relieve chronic constipation through the massage and palpitation of the organs while adjusting the bladder and the uterus. Her latest passion is the study of Iridology. We all have been told the eyes are the window to the soul but in reality the eyes are the fastest changing part of the body and reflect not only the physical but the emotions conditions that effect our well being. Helene is also a master living foods chef and enjoys feeding people back to health from major deceases like cancer, lupus and other auto immunes conditions.
