EMOTIONAL RELEASE THROUGH MOVEMENT WHILE JUCIE CLEANSING: THE JUMMEE METHOD
While on a juice feast it is important to move your body with inward focused gentle exercise. Often the body can hold stuck emotions that begin to release as you juice cleanse and the best way to release these feelings is with a touch of movement and a bit of sound.

As you will see below, you can amplify your vitality by reconnecting your mind and body to the present moment. The “Jummee Method” is a series of simple movement practices that incorporate sound, movement, breathe and play to assist with easy emotional release while you are juice cleansing. It may feel silly at first but don’t be afraid to just PLAY. Watch below as Jummee will show you how to begin to release trapped emotions through a fun vocal activation.
When you do a juice cleanse you begin cleaning from the root chakra up so in this Jummee Method video Jummee will show you a Pelvic rotation that is excellent to practice while you are juice cleansing. Doing this simple movement can bring great benifit to those suffering with chronic back pain and constipation. The goal is to go very slow at first and then as the pelvic muscles begins to relax you will find you can rotate deeper and your back will begin to release as well.
This next one is really amazing when you feel stuck in a certain part of your body. Tapping releases the energy and helps the body stop sending the signals of tightness or pain. Tapping is affective because it awakens the nervous system and moves stagnating blood back into circulation while also aiding the lymphatic system with detoxification.
Now that your body is a little more opened up from tapping the next posture focuses on twisting. Twists are amazing for the digestive system and to release middle back pain/shoulder pain. As you twist back and forth you are lightly squeezing your organs which will cause them to release and detox further.
The next posture is for releasing grief and sadness, sometimes on the 2nd or 3rd day of a cleanse as your colon clears and your liver begins to detox you may run into heavy grief or sadness. Five minutes of this posture will release this for you. Secondly, the way that Jummee sweeps the side of her body is a light touch lymphatic drainage technique. The lymphatic system is the largest detoxification organ in the body and this is the part of your body that will be ignited during a juice cleanse.
To take it deeper this next movement is very powerful for cutting energetic cords from the past. Jummee calls it the splash! At first it might feel silly but it is really effective to release through sound what is trapped in your body. Every time you splash down imagine all the negative emotions that have been arising all day during your cleanse slipping down your arms and off your fingers into the ground. Five minutes of this practice is truly transformational. If you get light headed or dizzy, don’t push too hard and remember to be gentle with yourself while you are cleansing.
