P5: Pumpkin Smoothie
1⁄2 qt. Carrot Juice
1/8 c. Coconut/Almond Mylk
1/8 c. Chopped and soaked Cashews
1 cap full Pumpkin Oil
2 Handfuls Cashews
1 frozen Banana
1.5 tbs. Goji Berries soaked
1 tsp. Pumpkin Spices
1. Blend almond milk, coconut, and dates to make base
2. blend the rest of the ingredients
